I feel the moonroof and car body (rear side) is not properly aligned. Moonrool sits bit higher then adjacent body. Can someone post the picture of their rear moon roof where it ends and the body?

The rear edge of the glass is supposed to be ever so slightly higher than the surrounding body to reduce wind noise.

 

I'll try to remember to take a pic of mine tonight but I've washed the car every week since I got it and i am 99% sure mine sits fairly flush w/the roof. I would have noticed a difference as large as is shown in that pic

 

 

 

Yeah that looks high to me.

Mine is nearly flush with the metal - less than 1/32" difference.

yes.. my dealer (not the local one) is really good. hopefully they will take care of it. The local dealer (Leith Acura) is not even ready to look at the issue and "suggesting" me to take it to the dealer from where I bought the car

 

Leith is the worst dealership, regardless of car manufacturer, to deal with in that area, hands down. I've never bought a car from them, based solely on the initial interaction with the sales team, very off putting to say the least. Friends of mine have always been "sold" additional work whenever they've gone in for service as well. Poor customer service all around.

 

They don't want to take care of my RDX because I didn't buy from them. Hope they understand the difference between $750 and $3000 discount. Its not just with Leith Acura but Leith Honda too. Leith Honda tried to sell additional services to me during my first and last oil change with them ('10 Accord)
