Are there any 2020 RDX owners that are experiencing any Intotainment system problems or not on this forum? If so and you do not have any issues it would be great if you would go to settings and provide the hardware version of your system which would be very helpful. Thanks!

 

No issues here, but I'm an Android user.

I just did the latest update last week.

 

I have a 2020 with no issues but I don't use Carplay but here's my build number LMY48P release-keys and Kernel Version is 3.14.51, Android Version 5.1.1 and Acura Software version D.1.1.4

 

Just got 2020 a Spec and having issues with left steering wheel thumb button not changing Sirius channels. Have to turn radio on and off to resolve.

 

Install the System upgrade to D.1.1.4 which will fix this problem.. Go to System Upgrades and connect to wifi to do the upgrade.

 

Same with me except for the Acura Software version D.1.1.2, haven’t upgraded to the .4 version yet. CarPlay has been working flawlessly. No issues atm

My system says D.1.1.2 and when I go to update, it says it’s up to date. WTF??? Is 1.1.4 not available in Canada?

is there a way to download the update to a USB and do a manual upgrade?

 

There's another thread about the upgrade but I recall Canadian drivers saying they didn't get the upgrade yet. Maybe it will be out soon.

I am on D.1.1.4. In general have had no issues but one sort of strange one. This happened only one time but for some reason whatever volume I had before entering Apple Carplay it stayed at and I couldn't change it. Even when I unplugged my phone and plugged it back in it persisted until I turned off and restarted the car.

Almost forgot there is an issue that has persisted since day 1 of ownership. If I am on anything where carplay is on the right screen, whenever I select it, it automatically goes to Apple Maps when it is on the main screen. Even if I was using Waze or anything else, it make Apple Maps front and center. It is really annoying for me. If there is someway if changing the behavior that I am not aware it would be great to know.
