AcuraLink Monthly Vehicle Health Report ?
So apparently we're supposed to be getting a monthly Vehicle Health Report when we have the Acuralink app w/service. We've had our '21 RDX since April 30th, and nothing at all so far. I don't see anything in the settings to perform an 'on-demand' report to be generated, nor to opt in/out of receiving a routine monthly report.
Maybe I'm just a moron, (entirely possible), but what am I missing here? Never had an issue with our monthly Onstar reports being emailed in our Buick that was 8 years older than this.

Purchased my Advance last August 2020, and in looking at my archived emails my first Report arrived in October 2020, about 60 days after purchase. Arrives in my inbox every month on the 24th or 25th. Based on my experience, I'm thinking you should start seeing it this month?

Good to know, thanks, I'll keep my eyes open and fingers crossed then.

"What year is yours? Looks like it's advertised for 2019+."
Mine is a 2019. I just filled out a form on Acuras website inquiring why I have never seen this...but, I have never seen any email about anything from Acura. I have registered it on their website owners page. I have submitted things before...weird.

I have the Remote package and I know I've gotten the reports but I don't know that I get one every month because I usually just delete it with the rest of the spam without ever opening it.

I don't pay for any of the packages but I get the health reports regularly. Of course as I see it they are just sending those out to get me to bring in the car for service...needed or not! I have no idea of why anyone would not be getting them if their vehicle is set up to connect to their home network or their phone.

rdx4me?...thanks. That at least sent me down the road of figuring this out. So on acuralink.acura.com I can find a page (before ever signing in to my account that mentions the 'vehicle health report', along with 'dashboard', 'send destination' and 'last mile'. I can find those last three on my acuralink app, but not anything about the vehicle health report. I have searched the app, as well as when signed in to my account acuralink on my laptop and nowhere do I see anything about it, much less "signing up". Under a page that lists the 'subscriptions' you can sign up for like concierge, security and remote (I have the last two) there is one labeled 'basic'....and that has this report indicated under it, along with five other things like scheduling service. In short...I just don't see the "information from Acura for In-Vehicle Services" anywhere. It has nothing to do at this point of whether this report is of any value or not...just where is the 'signing up' part?
