Today, Nov 26th, I received my Acuralink health report for "Nov 14th!

What takes 12 days to get a health report out?

I would think vehicle health reports should be delivered in a more timely manner.

Oh well......

These are just monthly summaries I think. If there’s anything wrong with the car the lights on the dashboard are your main indicator and not relying on an app to tell you if your car just blew the engine…. Pretty logical.

I fully understand that, but my point is why bother to send out a health report, or as you say a monthly summary, that's over a week and a half old?

We are in the age of "AI", and I'm sure Acura's computers can process this stuff just a little faster )

I've always thought it was a bit weird as well. The date and mileage are on the snapshot, and yet it comes to my e-mail 1-2 weeks after the fact. Although I will say it had me flagged for a battery check for like 3 months before my AIS stopped working, which I eventually determined was the battery being on its way out. So, it's not completely useless.

How do you get these reports? I’ve never received one.

I haven't received a health report either. Probably an option somewhere.

I do get issue notifications immediately so it doesn't wait when there is a problem.

You can get a compatibility report by inputting your VIN at Acura Link compatibility check. I do note, using my own vehicle, a 2022 RDX Base SH-AWD that many of the services are free for a defined period and after that a subscription plan applies.

These reports should arrive the same day, or the next day at the latest. This isn't rocket science, it's just a car's normal status.
I even take precautions by simultaneously doing a lookup window sticker with vin at https://carfast.express/en/window_sticker so I can at least understand what's going on with the car without those two-week waits.
