New Acura owner. 2022 RDX w/ tech. Only 4000 miles and having 2 brake related issues.... high pitched squealing when reversing (and only reversing) that seems to always happen with the first reverse of the day (possibly again later in the day if car hasn't been driven for few hours). Second issue, is like a grinding/grunting sound when taking foot off brake from a stopped position. Noise is even worse if car is on a hill/decline. (And let's not even talk about my moonroof having to be replaced at 2000 miles.............). Anyone else have these issues or hear of them ? Thanks so much and enjoy your day.

sunroofs are a four month wait on backorder. The dealer lot is filling up with cars waiting on parts that are on backorder.

Yeah I have the same experience with the grinding noise when slowly taking your foot off the break. I am right around 4,000 miles also. I took in my car around 2,000 miles to put on a trailer hitch and the tech mentioned I already lost 30% of my brake pads in the rear lol. I wonder what they will be when I go in for service in a few months after towing a trailer around a few times.

I saw your post on reddit; have you asked your dealership about your pads?

2022 rdx a spec. 7100 miles. Same issue here with the brakes as well
