2020 RDX - Transmission and Transfer case service cost

2 dealers quoted $600 for it.
Car has 30k Miles and driven for 4 years in NYC.
Any advise?
No maintenance code 3 yet.

wow, 6 month ago I was getting quotes around $400 and thought it was a lot. Ended up DIY.
Thats nuts. Its about $70 worth of fluid. They do it in like 15 min, what a rip off.

What is the DIY difficulty level for the transmission oil change? Rear diff looks pretty easy, if you have the right tools.

I’d say if you are comfortable changing your oil and also rear diff, you can take it a step further. There is a detailed write up somewhere here, read it first and see if that’s something you can follow. You will need to raise car and level it.
it’s not a rocket science if you have the tools and somewhat handy.
