2019 used RDX - Vehicle Hesitation, Stalling, etc

I'm new to Acura RDX - I just brought a used 2019 RDX with 15k miles and I already expereince stalling, accelerated issue, and shifting while on the highway with my child in the car,
This has happened 3 times and I only drove 45 miles, this is crazy because I missed my 5 days return by 1 day but I'm going to the dealership tomorrow morning and ask for my trade back.............
This is freakin crazy - the sales person told me - she asked the couple why are they trading for a CRV 2021 - no response - she asked are you sure you want to trade in this car - yup and they paid the remaining balance off the same day, now it makes me wonder if they knew something was wrong and traded it in due to this - total of 40 miles driven
When my life is at risk but now my child - nah (Been with this Honda dealership since 2004 and brought 2 cars from them)

Based on this Class-Action suite about this very thing
any thoughts?

Thanks

Can you describe when stalling happens and exactly what is the acceleration issue? Do you get CEL or anything on your dash? Is this something you can reproduce for dealer?
The car should be still under warranty and they have to fix it. What you are experiencing is not happening on all 2019 RDX, in fact, its a first time I am reading about it on this forum.

No warning - driving at 75 miles per hour

There's a class-action lawsuit for this - general manager for dealership took car back because apprarently Honda Corp. did not relay this information to their Distict managers - Acura/Honda can't figure out the problem so they are keeping it on the low

thanks

There’s a TSB in response to stalling issues. Not sure if it applies to your case or not.

I got my honda accord 2.0 for now but will trade up again in 2 yrs for the RDX 2022/23 model - saving up some mad $$$ to put down

I really enjoyed the RDX for the little time I had it - Next will be Aspec model fully loaded

This is an odd statement, as all RDX trims are "fully loaded", (or stripped, for that matter). They only come one way, except for a choice of FWD or SH-AWD

yeah, get the car checked as its still in warranty. I won't worry about the CRV people as many people want better mileage and CRV is better than RDX in that area. If that makes you feel better, I traded in my 2019 CRV and bought a new 2021 RDX Technology pkg. Got a great deal too
