Hi, I recently replaced my key fob battery, after seeing warning battery is low on dashboard, only after 1 day warning comes up again, so I thought maybe the new battery is not good, so I bought a new fresh battery again, same thing happen after only a day. Any idea?, thanks.

 

Does it do it with either key fob?
Driver #1 & #2 or just a specific one?

Make sure the battery is fully snapped into the clips, is right side up, and the protective sticker is removed.

I’m not meaning to insult you. I just did it a week ago and it was easy.

You could try asking the parts counter at the dealer or Batteries+Bulbs to try and see if they have better luck.

it sounds like the fob could be defective and should be replaced under warranty. One more reason to take it to the dealer.
