I was interested in doing the same but it looks like we may need to take apart the mirrors. If anybody has a easier option please fill us in.

I've replaced both front foot lights and rear hatch lights with leds. Worth the few dollars imo

You'll most likely have to take apart the mirrors, or see if you can tilt the glass in the mirrors all the way down to access the lights.

Aren't all those lights (puddle, footwell, rear hatch) LED already?

NO foot well lights, Sun Visors, rear hatch are those fugly yellowish oem bulbs..... I will change mine to PIAA bulbs as I used these for years.... Best to find (a pardon the term rice shop) - (tuner shop for Honda's etc....) as they have them and will assist with the correct replacement bulbs.... Just be aware they will push the non brand names on you....be firm and ask for Japanese made PIAA bulbs....are they more expensive? yes, but they last a long time.... I have them in my other Acura's for years.... they look blueish in color but are LED white when on....

I'm pretty sure the side mirror puddle lights are a white led and cannot be changed. You would have to change the entire unit.
