Angry steering wheel clunks at slow speed in turns. (feels like power adjustment slack)

I have a 2015 MDX 70k mi. Tech Pkg. and the steering wheel clunks at slow speed in turns. (feels like power adjustment slack). It does not feel like it is in the suspension but the bumping feel that you get when telescoping or adjusting the wheel. I am wondering if there is a problem with wear in the adjustment since every time i get in the car, all of this moves around. I like friction locks better. So have any of you felt this clunk, thump bump in the steering control making slow easy turns in parking lots? Do you think I am looking in the right area. I have never had a car feel like this with so few miles. I have had so many Hondas in the past, but never one sloppy like this.

Thanks,
Rick

I found this and am wondering if this TSB could be related to what I am feeling in the wheel. If anyone have had experience with their strut spring rubber piece on the top of the spring, I would like to hear if there were symptoms. Thanks. Here is the TSB http://www.urvi.net/forumfiles/SB/B16-042.PDF

Judging by the pictures in the TSB, you should be able to see that for yourself. Might not have to take the wheels off either. Maybe just a flashlight and crawl under there.

Doesn’t sound the same but something to consider: There is TSB 14-045 related to a grunt noise when steering, we experienced that after shifting from reverse to drive, so only when parking. The TSB fixed it years ago, I think it was a software update I don’t remember if I could feel the noise in the wheel as well.

Its getting worse. 70k miles and the front end is worn out. Acura quality is gone.

what a baseless statement!

For starters, you might want to get it checked out by you or someone that knows cars.
It might be something as simple as an alignment or something more complicated like compliance bushings. One never knows until one looks at the problem.

I also find it intriguing that it's getting worse, yet you haven't gotten it looked at yet.
