I need to change the left (driver) rear door in my 2017 MDX Advance (SH-AWD) but getting confused on the part # that would fit. Some sites have recommended 67550-TZ5-A70ZZ while others recommend 67550-TZ5-A60ZZ. Anyone knows the difference between the two, and if they're interchangeable and will fit my car? I'm looking to buying a clean used door.

Looks like the 70zz has no sunshade, and the 60zz has the sunshade. Seems odd the one with the sunshade is cheaper... Try running your VIN thru one of these online parts sites and see if it can point you to the right one...
