Prosumer OBDII Scanner

Prosumer OBDII Scanner
Does anyone have recommendations for a Prosumer-grade OBDII scanner? I've got an Actron that's about 10 years old and although it works fine for reading/clearing codes, I'm looking for something more powerful. Specifically, I'd like to be able to read/clear ABS and SRS codes, read extended CAN data (especially transmission temperature) and I'd also like to be able to perform functions like TPS reset and ABS actuation. Basically, I'd like to see how close I can get to the HDS functionality.
I'm aware of professional scan tools such as Bosch OTC Evolve and Snap-On SOLUS, but they tend to cost $5-10k initially and require ongoing subscriptions that are several thousand per year.
