Program "Seat Return?"

My Infiniti has a great feature where, after you shut the car off, the driver's seat pushes all the way back and down, and the steering wheel pulls all the way up.

Makes it really easy to get in and out of the car.

I heard you can program the steering wheel to do that; can you program the seat as well?

Steering wheel does it automatically. Seat does not. Last ford I had did both and I actually ended up turning it off because I found it annoying (the seat part).

If the driver seat moves all the way to the back whenever the car is shut off, won't the back-seat passenger's legs get pinched if he/she is not fast enough to get out of the car first ?

No my 09 murano does that. It does not go all the way back. Just a few inches from the sitting position depending on where you have it. Actually a great feature to have.

agreed, would be nice if it did that. right now I'm finding it hard to get into the vehicle... but I'm also getting into a totally new ergonomic structure from a sedan... so maybe I will adjust.

I agree its annoying and turned mine off too. Unless you're among the hyperobese a useless feature.
