I'd like to add a trailer hitch to our 2019 A-SPEC MDX, however dealer installation quotes are coming in 3.5x higher than the DIY aftermarket setups. I've found many images of other trims of MDX hitch setups, but nothing for the OEM setup installed specifically on the A-SPEC trim MDX.

What trailer hitch setups are others with the 2019/2020 A-SPEC MDX using? Thanks in advance for pictures!

Aftermarket trailer hitch setup for reference:

OEM PARTS LIST:
TRAILER HITCH WITH HARNESS A-SPEC (08L92-TZ5-200B) (Retail price: $303.05)
"The following list of accessories are required for installation but not included: Trailer Hitch Harness, Trailer Hitch Trim & A-Spec Trailer Hitch ATF Cooler Kit"
TRAILER HITCH HARNESS (08L91-TZ5-200A) (Retail price: $$213.18)
TRAILER HITCH TRIM, A-SPEC (Part # 08L92-TZ5-200C) (Retail price: $120.18)
TRAILER HITCH ATF COOLER KIT (Part # 06255-5NC-326) (Retail price: $384.62)

I found another user on this board with what I suspect is the OEM A-SPEC setup, can anyone confirm? Is the OEM A-Spec trailer/trim different than the standard trim MDX?

I hope someone with an A-spec + OEM hitch does respond. I'm interested in getting the OEM hitch as well but on the A-spec, i'm unsure how the hitch would mount w/o having to cut the diffuser part of the bumper.

I doubt you have to cut it yourself. It's most likely a separate part you have to buy when adding the OEM hitch.

Aftermarket hitches IMHO are buttt ugly hanging down as they all do.
The OEM hitch will come with a new lower valance, and if your smart alao the wiring harness. The insteuctions are straight foreword and the inatal itself is pretty simple except raising the hitch in place it helps to have help. Because the hitch sticks out through the lower valance the install is so much cleaner looking. You can find the hitch online fairly reasonable.

OEM hitch kit has the trans cooler which is a MUST! Plus the added fluid and labor to put that in besides the hitch.

In all honesty the OEM kit is the way to go and you can have a honda dealer install it for less.

trans cooler is an additional option. At least for my 2018 it was. Unless your towing over 3500 pounds or towing a lot trans cooler is unnecessary.
