MDX Bluetooth Speaker - No Sound During Calls
I have a 2014 MDX with Navigation and the Bluetooth/hands free options has worked perfectly - until this morning.
I pulled into my garage around 9pm last night, ON THE PHONE and it was working perfectly.
This morning, I go to make a call - it is calling, I see all the features on the screen, but there is no ringing. The person on the other end can hear me...I CAN NOT HEAR THEM.
I tried several trouble shooting techniques I researched (iPhone 6 setting - call audio routing) – with no luck.
The AcuraLink (blue button in car) usually says "connecting to ...." through the speaker. When I hit that button - the screen says connecting, but it doesn't make a sound.
Bluetooth music playing does work - and I can hear it through the speaker just fine. Radio/XM - all fine.
Any assistance or previous experience with this issue is appreciated. I have an appointment at the dealership tomorrow - but would LOVE to not pay them for something that's obvious...just not obvious to me!

Solved
I called the AcuraLink or HandsFree (1-888-528-7876) and the issue is with iPhone (gotta love them). I did a soft reset of my phone (hold the power button, home and volume down until you see the apple). It reset the phone and now it works!!! So excited...easy fix - just had to find it.

I don't think the issue is with iPhone. I had same issue several times with Android phone. I reset phone while car still running and it did not fix. Had to turn off car and wait for all systems in car to shut down ~5minutes. Then restart car was the fix.

PRIVATE mode
Doing a a soft reset corrected the issue for me. I had tried turning the car off, resetting the settings, adjusting the volume - even tried another phone (it is also an iPhone). Something I failed to mention initially is the calls were going directly into private mode and anything I selected (connect to hands free) would not put it back on car speaker. Glad your solution worked for you...but it did not work in my situation.
