Change Temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit

I can only imagine this has been asked before, i bought a very low mile 2019 MDX A-spec from one owner in Canada. The Temp gauge is set to Celsius and I have spent 2 days trying to figure out how to change it to Fahrenheit to no luck. Has this been figured out or am I about to do a lot of calculations in my head?

According to the owners manual, the only change you can make is to adjust the temperature baseline (like if it's reading too low or too high). Changing from F to C isn't something that it appears you can do. It talks about F being in US and C being in Canada. You may be out of luck. Get your conversion mindset ready! :-)

That's exactly where my research has led me as well, ha ha. It's definitely a quirk but I love everything about the vehicle, the one Canadian owner babied it, has only 36k miles for a 2019 and so clean. Love the A-spec.
I'm working on the conversions in my head, at 52 will help keep the dimentia away. ;-)

At my age (late 60's) I try to do a lot of that sort of stuff in my head, just to keep the synapses alive :-) Multiply the C temp by 1.8 and add 32. At least that's the way I remember it....
