Angry Accessory mode issue

my 2016 MDX was left with the passenger door open all night and this morning when I start the car it only starts in accessory mode. But the odd thing is it will run and is able to be driven in accessory mode. The dashboard has zero power to it except for an image in the center stating that it’s an accessory mode and an icon of the start stop button. When I put it in park and push the start stop button it just flashes green but if I press again it turns off. I can’t seem to get it out of accessory mode which is even the case when I’m driving it and the engine is running? Anyone familiar with this?

charge up your battery with a trickle charger. Sounds like a unforeseen symptom with a low battery

Plugged in an obd

It reads as a UO155 code. Lost communication with instrument planes cluster (ipc)?

Agree with Thoiboi, a weak battery will create weird messages and abnormal behaviors.

Update

Hate to be a bother but I trickle charges it for almost 4 hours till the display on the charger read Float (fully charged) and still the problem persists? Should I perhaps unplug the battery and then replug it in.

That’s what I would try if I was out of warranty.

Its always possible there is a loose or frayed wire, or a bad computer.
Either way its going to take a lot of time and a lot of expertise to trace things until the issue is found.
