Unhappy 2013 Acura ILX won't start

Car was driving fine earlier today, then later I went to start it with the push button and the ABS warning sign came on and engine would not start. Lights began blinking and now nothing happens at all when I push the start button. When I open the door, the dash lights start flashing, and nothing works. Could it just be that the battery needs to be replaced? Hoping this isn't a more serious issue. Car has about 38K miles on it.

Is it under warranty? If so take it in to the dealer.

Sounds like the battery to me. When I got my 2016 Acura ILX, I put a big amp and subwoofer in it and my girlfriend and I went to a drive-in theater and obviously I blasted the sound to get the best experience, but sooner or later, my battery ran out of juice and my car shut down. Then my lights were blinking and when I tried to press the button the first time it made some funny noises but only the lights on the dash would flash. Then I tried again and nothing happened. I got a boost from someone at the time to start up my car and my battery charged again and I had no problems since, but I had a similar experience when my battery ran out of juice. If you haven't changed the battery out yet, it might be at it's end of life. Though better to double check with the dealer.

my batt died last month. hit the button. starter did not turn over jumped it then good. 2 yrs on the fact bat. thats sad.the best part was when i took it to the dealer, they saw i had a remote start in it. first thing they said it was the remote start. i had to kindly tell the service writer it was not it. then 3 hrs later i got a new battery. now my drone add on to my rs for phone app gps tracking does draw a little bc its always on. .07ma but that wont hurt a healthily battery.

Agreed, I had a perpetually low battery on our 2013. After a lot of squawking, the dealer did replace it under warranty. (24K miles)

My girls 2013 acura ilx

My girls car was driving fine then pulled into a gas station went in and came out and now it won't start. You push the button and it just makes a onetime click sound like the starter isn't engaging so we tapped on it to awe if it'll free up but still just a click.
