My 2014 MDX suddenly started having tailgate issues this past week. It would raise just fine but when it hit the peak, it would error beep and immediately begin to shut. (I assume this was causing some kind of battery drain) Fast forward to this afternoon - I shut off my vehicle for about 10 minutes and it would not restart. I had it jumped, but the first time I attempted to restart it started a flashing boot loop and I had to press the ignition button to turn it off right away. Second time it started, but now I had several error messages including emission system, lane deviation warning, collision mitigation system problem, SH-AWD system, hill park assist, and several others. My A/C also stopped cooling, when it had worked perfectly up until the car died. I did a little reading and found the self-diagnostic feature, it gave me a hard error of 2710. I cleared the code, but then when I turned the car off and restarted it all the codes came back. I could really use an opinion on where to start trying to get things back to normal.
