2014 MDX Advance computer issues

Hello all, trying to see if anyone else has the same problems I have been having with my 2014 MDX Advance. my list is not in any particular order just things that randomly happen. I have driven this vehicle about 30k since I've owned it and love the car but can't figure out a rhyme or reason for these "gremlins"

-Trip A that resets with fill up will reset itself between fill ups sometimes.
-Steering wheel memory position will not return to "my position" if started normally but does if remote starter is used. This option used to work correctly but seemed to become intermittent and now not at all.
-Pandora option will disappear from source options on instrument cluster sometimes
-Pandora, after latest IOS apple update tries to reload after every 2-3 minutes when connected via bluetooth
-The fan settings will go to max fan when auto is used, auto will not light green, again random, changing temp does not fix.
-While driving, NAV reboots after screen goes blank, only happened once.
- 2 days ago I got a dashboard warning light "Remote start issue", battery in fob new recently. This warning does not go away but vehicle operates normally.

It almost seems like a hard reboot might fix everything and I have read about ECU resets but that seems like its just to reset for driving habits.
Thanks for any help

Yikes! I'm new to the vehicle, but noticed a strange issue this week. After starting with remote start and pushing the button to leave the vehicle running, the touchscreen controls were all accessible, but wouldn't do anything. You could pull up the seat heater control and push any button on the screen, but none of them would stay on. After turning it off and back on, it was fine.

Yikes indeed, that's a bunch of gremlins you have in your car.
Our brand new 2017 MDX already is exhibiting one of your weirdness.
The steering wheel sometimes doesn't return to memory position when I'm in the car with second key fob.
It seems to be fine with first key fob, which is my wife's. She drives it most of the time.

Be careful resetting the ECU. I reset ECU on my Honda Civic and had a ton of trouble getting it to clear smog check.
Apparently the computer stores critical data that is needed during the smog check.
Took me months of driving around at different speeds to build up the data that was erased when resetting ECU.

I’ve noticed that if I open the passenger door first before the drivers door, the memory seats won’t move.

I'm on my 3rd Acura since 2006 and I've notice these vehicles do not like low voltage. The issues you are having might just be the indirect symptoms instead of the root cause. I would take the MDX into the dealership if you are still under the basic 4/50,000 mile warranty. I would have them check the battery, cables, and alternator voltage level along with any error codes.

Good call, I did have a battery test at last oil change and they said CCA was low, I of course ignored it because it was starting fine. Went this morning and replaced the battery and the "remote system issue" light gone already, and memory steering wheel works like it should. Now if I can just get that drivers side front end clunky noise to go away. Thanks for all your help.

Please ask your dealer to check for a loose front spring seats (top and bottom). See also TSB 16-042 http://www.mdxers.org/forums/attachm...dx-b16-042.pdf

What version software do you have? I just updated mine to 3.00.2304 following the instructions in TSB B15-036. The update disc cost me about $17 US. I didn't have the flickering described in the TSB or any other problems, but just wanted the latest software.

I do find that the system boots up faster and the screens and selections have less delay.

My 2013 tech has EXACTLY the same first 5 issues! Add to that the occasional Fuel Cap error and droning at low rpm/slow speed/high gear combo. All the above happening randomly and for not good reason.
