i know we're just shaking off a terrible winter in New England but I figure it will take a while to find the right winter tires and wheels for my 2011 TSX Sportwagon. Looking for a good, reliable, snow and ice tire and a low cost, simple wheel. All suggestions & pictures are much appreciated. PS...the sportwagon is fabulous!

 

use CRV 17 inch wheels and narrower tires than stock...I use 215/55/17. You can also use 16 inch wheels and tires, which will be cheaper. I have Toyo winder tires and I am very satisfied, up here in the Canadian winter.

 

See if you can find Blizzak LM-22 or LM-25s on clearance, because these have been discontinued and some sellers may be clearing them out. They are some of the best snow tires I've ever used, esp. on a FWD car. I'm sure the new offering (LM-50) is good too, but they are probably pretty expensive still.
