What wheels for black TSX??

So I'm starting to look at wheels for the TSX. Im ready to be rid of the stocks. I haven't been able to find a good look to go with the black TSX. Black on black seems to be the top runner as I prefer to have a low profile look. I'm looking for suggestions and pics of some slick looking rims on the black TSX.

If you got a black TSX, lets see what you've done with it. I'm also thinking some 19's would fit nicely. I've tried to scour the forums for some folks with the black TSX but havn't had any luck. I'm open to suggestions but will not consider any extreme color options or gold (does anyone else think gold rims look tacky?!)

Budget is <$1,200 but could be raised a bit if I'm in love.

Also, I'd be looking to get some oversized tires for the 19's, what do yall think?

Something gunmetal i think looks better than black on black i think. Type - S wheels look great on a black TSX.

I assume these are what you had in mind. I like the idea... Seems obvious now! If only they offered them in 19".

Going to take a look at some more gunmetal's. Thanks for the idea. Got any more?

Get what YOU think looks nice and stop trying to make YOUR car look appealing to everyone else taste. As long as you're happy that's all that matters.

Thanks for the advice? As I said, I'm only looking for ideas. God forbid I ask for someone else's opinion....

Asking for what we think looks good (ideas) on a black car is an opinion... Lol

On a side note we are both very different for our appeal to color combinations. I hate black on black and would prefer gold (not that dirty cheap looking bronze shit) on a car cause of the contrast. I am not a fan of the color gunmetal and would choose plain grey. But we do agree on bright candy colors being tacky ahahah

Not bad! Thanks for the photos. Paint the calipers black and I think this could look really solid.

I gotta say. I hate tacky colors on rims. But this makes it look good. If I hated money I'd buy a pair and only use them in October. lol.

I like. I'd like to see them on a black TSX with painted calipers.

I also can't decide which to grab first, new wheels or a flashpro -_-

coilovers/springs first over wheels, and why do you need a flashpro? its not like you modded your engine.

Mods are in the queue. Want to have it before hand. Plus it will improve stock performance a bit before I do the headers/exhaust/injectors/intake and in the longer run I'll be doing SC or turbo based on how Optimus and UTAH's build turn out.

But you're right. I could put this off until some of the mods start flowing in. Good note on the coilovers/springs. I'll have to decide if I want to lower her before pulling the trigger on wheels.

Always lower before you get wheels if you are interested in lowering your car. Seeing your natural camber can open your range of used wheels or choosing the right offsets when purchasing brand new. If you choose to go more aggressive you can have your fenders rolled/pulled before you get the wheels you choose. I would not get FP until you get all the mods you want unless you see a deal (watch out for me cause i might sell mine pretty soon). Reason being is if you choose to go SC the kit comes with a FP and you don't want to be stuck with 2. Also if you pay a tuner you would have to pay them after each mod you install to adjust the tune.

SC kit has the option of not getting FP for a discounted price (close to the price of FP if I remember right). When are you looking to sell? (if you do plan to)

Also need to get a daily driver. Need to start selling blood and semen.
