TPMS incorrect reading

I have a 09 TSX, about a week ago, I removed 3 nails from my front tires, plugged and fixed it. I put about 35psi in all four tires, but my TPMS's reading is out of whack, the warning light came on, and two front reads 29, 28, and rear reads 30 and 30. the computer is telling me my front tires are low on air, but I manually checked all four tires, all reads 35psi. any help? thanks in advance!

Were one of the screws near the valve stem where the TPMS is bolted on?

Or, how long did you drive on any of the tires? If they were too low, you rolled over the TPMS every rotation, ya know?
