TPMS Error

Today I got the TPMS error on my 2010 TSX. Ive found alot of instances where its happened to others online with tons of other fixes. The error occurs and when you look at the dash display for the tires pressure it says "--" for each tire. Took it to the dealership and the charged me $120 to tell me yes it was broken and it was not the sensors in the tires. (they put them on another car and it worked fine). They narrowed it down to the tpms control unit being bad. I believe its part number 39350-TL2-A they want $625 to replace and install. I can buy the part for $200 online. does anyone have instructions on replacing the unit? does it need to be coded or anything or do I pull the battery and swap the unit out? -- thanks in advance btw first poster here but I do search quit a bit because this car has been a POS from the start. (warped rotors at 15k, NAVI failed, leaking front shocks at 27k, battery has to be replace every year it seems) car only has 55k on it. very disappointed with the car so far and extremely pissed at the dealership. ---their standard answer is "you dont service it here so someone else messed it up"

To Make the question shorter. Has anyone replaced the Control Unit? Do I have to have it programed after I replace it? thanks in advance for the help
