Torque Specs?

Hey peeps, Im installing my coilovers tomorrow morning and realized I don't have all the torque specs for the nuts and things that I will be removing. Anyone know where I can get this information? I wasn't able to find it on google. Any help at all will be muchly appreciated. Thanks

Ill probably get flamed for this but oh well. I didnt torque any of the bolts to "spec" I just made sure they were all pretty tight. I used hand tools by the way. No impact guns.

This is going to sound crass, but...tight will be fine. As long as you're using a 3/8" ratchet or equivalent wrench, it would be real hard to overtighten the nuts and bolts that mount the strut assemblies.

If you use a 1/2" ratchet or breaker bar, please keep in mind how much force you're exerting with that much leverage. Most of the time I will use a 1/2" breaker to loosen and a 3/8" ratchet or a wrench to tighten.

This is from a 08-09 Accord service manual that I would use as a guide:

Front:
Upper shock mounting nuts -------- 55 N-m (41 ft lbs)
Strut bar tower mounting nuts ---- 22 N-m (16 ft lbs)
Lower shock pinch bolt -------------- 49 N-m (36 ft lbs)
Damper fork mounting bolt/nut----- 64 N-m (47 ft lbs)

Rear:
Upper shock mounting nuts --------- 55 N-m (41 ft lbs)
Lower shock mounting bolt --------- 64 N-m (47 ft lbs)
Swaybar endlink nut to bracket ---- 44 N-m (33 ft lbs)

Hope it helps

^ Question, would it matter that the TSX is smaller and lighter than the Accord and if this affects the torque specs in any way.

Isn't winter coming up TTK5? Will you be snow plowing? lol

I am not sure. I'm just going by the information that is available to me. What I do know is that the torque specs from the 08-09 Accord are almost identical to that of the 04 TSX

Thanks so much for the replies. Unfortunately I did not see your post Abotte until after we finished, so we ended up just doing things "tight." lol. Smooth install and I appreciate everyones replies.

Any idea on the upper and lower control arms? And the 6 bars (lateral and camber arms in the rear?)
