nope they will not fit cause bolt pattern is different.

 

^ Agree with ttk, TSX has PCD of 5 x 114.3 whereas the TL has PCD of 5 x 120.

 

Rotiform can convert it to 5x120 with the use of inserts (aka "slotting") costs about 50/wheel. Some OEM wheels use inserts that can be changed out. I know so because my '07 stock Si wheels had them from the factory, in fact all 06+ Si wheels have inserts in the lug holes. I believe the stock TSX wheels might have inserts in the lug holes as well. Buy wheel adapters.

 

i say its not worth the effort to convert that wheel. you would need atleast a 20mm spacer to clear your stock bolts.
