RSB end link kit. Is it needed?
I want to order the RSB for my TSX but don't like to do things half assed. So I have a few Qs.
Do I need the rear end link kit as well to make this work properly?
What are the advantages of having the rear end link kit?
What are the disadvanteages of not having the rear end link kit?I

I would imagine you re-use the stock end links & they are really well made. I doubt there'd be any benefit to changing them, they're a pretty stout part.
Mr. Heeltoe will probably chime in here soon.

The stock end links/bushings are made of a soft durometer rubber which dampens vibration that can be transferred through the suspension to the chassis. This also takes away from the effectiveness of the RSB. And the metal they use to make the actual connecting links between the two mounting points on the End Links is fairly skinny and has been known to break when paired up with a thicker bar and then driven aggressively.
That said, a 22mm RSB is going to have a major impact on handling regardless of the end links used, so the soft rubber isn't necessarily a bad thing, as it is still a luxury car after all. And I wouldn't worry too much about the end links breaking either, most people haven't had trouble with them unless they take their cars to the track. For daily driving and the occasional back road stint, the stock end links should be fine.
I ran a 22mm RSB on my RSX w/stock end links for 40k miles with no problems, and I drove that car like I stole it.

Yeah, a lot of them do, but these aren't the "stacked donut & washer" style end links. The ones I've seen are like double-ended heim joints or spherical bearing setups & I've not seen one break in normal use either.
