My main reasons for not considering the HFP are offset and weight. They look good though, and you can fix the offset with spacers.

ok. no crap about stance or this or that. please just follow along

i have exactly 1g in the wheel fund. I own 4 tpms. nov 1 we get bonus will buy tires and mount then.

i am stuck on something with a polished/machined lip to match the chrome window trim and grille frame. I also would like a gunmetal/grey center but I could deal with silvery. or black chrome. NOT CHROME CHROME.

i am going with an 18 x 8 or 8.5. maybe about a 40 offset.

so I need your help. I am an old man who only knows so much about the import market. help a geezer that has modding in his blood BUT is set in his ways LOL

i do like the TSW Londrina in Grey

I keep coming back to it.

but I am not convinced.

what say you?

any ideas that FIT my parameters

18x8
shiny lip
1K budget delivered to my house.

thx

these are interesting even though they dont meet all my requirements. they look bright enough not to matter.

make sure u get 18s... this the part number for 18x8 +40 all around. Its what I run on my enkeis and im very happy with the offset, next time i buy wheels only thing id change is maybe 18x8 +30 in the rear, but then u cant rotate, front is flush enough for me on a drop

my WHEEL guy came across with a sad price. I sent him a link to TireRack and said 'i would suspect we could at least MATCH THESE GUYS' who had a $105 LESS to the door price.

i havent pulled any triggers just yet.

with my crap budget there really isnt much out there. maybe I should wait until the pot is a little larger/

plus winter coming/

You do realize that any 18" rim with a lip will look smaller, more like 17s. Unless the lip is a thinner one. Have you looked into Rotas? Many different designs and very reasonable prices. They aren't that heavy either. I know there's lots of Google images of Rotas failing, but those are only with track use as far as I know. The flip side of that is there are also many who have auto-x and even road course time with them and had no issues.

I've probably posted this before, but I think these would look great on the wagon, P45Fs in silver:

The SDRs look good too, basically the same as the MB Battles:

And if you like the Audi/VW look, which I do:

Widths and offsets aren't always ideal with Rotas, though.

Not exactly the same shape as a TSX wagon, but you get the idea. Just to show how the wide 5 spokes go with a wagon.

what about the enkei falcon ...gunmetal with a machine lip

this also shows what i been talking about. having a shiny lip area, be it a lip or a LIP, works with the chrome around the windows/
