low offset guys i need your help
I just picked up a glorious set of dark gun metal advan tciii 18x9 +25 for my tsx v6, I am absolutely broke now and can't afford new tires for at least a couple months but I plan to run 245/40/18. I am currently dropped on tein ss coils with no finger gap on the stock set up. I wanted to know if you guys think aftermarket camber arms are gunna be needed to prevent rub. I already know I am going to need to roll and possibly pull my fenders. If I can I want to go as low as possible without rub or losing my ability to make u turns haha

It will rub all around with that drop and tire size. It'll poke a lot up front too. You're going to have to run a lot of neg camber for that, so yes, you're likely going to need the help.

Im running 18 X 8 with same size tires and 30 offset and I barely clear the fenders. Not sure if that is an apples to apples comparison since you got 18 X 9.
Those are some handsome wheels by the way!

If you want to prevent any type of rubbing you must choose a smaller tire size. If you are open to rolling and pulling your fenders though, after market camber arms may not be needed, especially if your okay with having that cambered look. If you wanted to dial your camber back to stock specs, then camber arms would probably be mandatory.
I think you could do a major roll/pull job, run a smaller tire (width and sidewall) and pull this off without rubbing. That being said, those are some impressive specs! Ballsy of you to buy those with the intentions of not rubbing at all

Thanks guys so a smaller tire size should do it? I dont know much about tires but I dont want a bent rim so would 215/40/18 put me in any danger? also will post pics of rims shortly

well if you planing on getting camber kit and you dont mind running some negative camber then you not gonna have bigger problems fitting them on the rear but on front with those tire size good luck i would also go for smaller size for example im running 225 on 9 up front with some stretch but nothing crazy

Here's how a 215/35 would look on an 18x9 wheel

AWESOME
I am kinda leaning 225/40 because I like the meatier look with a little stretch also I occasionally run into some pretty bad roads so it would be safer on the rims
With a roll and pull I think I'll be fine might not be able to go as low as I want though

I think 18's look alright on the car, especially with a wheel that maximizes the face like your tcii's and looks even better if your down to drive around slammed and scraping everywhere (thats you) lol. Sick wheels!!!

AWESOME choice of rims. I almost bought a mint set of RG-IIs off Craigslist but decided the spokes were too skinny to look good on the TSX (wagon), esp with our tiny brakes. These would have been perfect, but I bet they are way more expensive.

I have 18+9.5 40 offset wheels 255/40/18 tires and megan street series coil overs i will try to post pictures I had to do a little fender work but not much IMO 215/40/18 TIRES LOOK WAY TO LITTLE FOR THE BIG WHEEL OPENINGS ON THIS CAR

yea, I think its the step lip that makes them look smaller than they are. Hopefully when mounted with a semi meaty tire and dropped a bit more itll come together. I tried on my friends tc105n 18x10.5+12 and even though it was the same diameter the spoke design makes it look a full size bigger than mine.
