H&R 5mm Spacers

Looks pretty darn good. I don't plan on lowering however so I want to run a 245/40/19 tire. This should more closely match the stock diameter, if I am not mistaken and fill the wheel well better.
I have only seen one member on here witha 245/40/19 setup on HFP wheels and it looked good.

The overall diameter with a 40 tire on a 19" wheel will be larger than than stock. My tire size (245/35) I believe is the closest you can get to the stock diameter with a 19" wheel. I did a lot of research prior to ordering my wheels and tires and that was the closest found.

Well I am gonna leave it sock height and the 245/35/19 setups I've seen that had stock suspension, it looked weird because the diameter was too small. I have seen one with 245/40/19 and hfp wheels, it looked a lot better because it filled the wheel well a little better.

Scooter, Did you get the 5mm and 10mm spacers? or are you doing 10mm and 15mm.
From what I can tell the 5mm spacers are not hub centric. The spacer itself will rest on the hub, but the wheel will not longer have a hub to rest on.

As far as the hubcentric part, I really dont know what else to say.... they quote them as hubcentric on all sites, so I guess I wont have more info for you until they come in... Everyone else says they are , so not sure what to tell ya.

It's amazing to me why products like wheel spacersare always back ordered. They take like 2 minutes to make by the gazillions on the forging press. Why not just keep the press running instaed of creating a backlog.
I am just pissed because I want to see your rig with that setup.

Heres my HFP's with 245/40/19's... No spacers & sits damn close to the stock ride height of my 18's.
Plus, wont you have to get yur tires re-balanced w/ said spacers?

Car looks really good bro! I ended up getting just the 10mm for the rear and really like the way it turned out. Going to wash the car later and I will upload some pics.

Sorry for the delay. Still havent washed the car, but I did manage to get some Camera phone pics before and after. I will wash the car this weekend and get some nice shots to post up. Overall VERY happy with the results. They sit perfect in the rear now. I plan on getting another alignment to see if they can adjust the camber a little to reduce the top gap, but even now the rims sit perfect. Highly recommend the spacers. They were very easy to install.

Scooter, did you do extended studs in the rear for the 10mm spacers? And if so, did it require removing the wheel hubs? Or just pulling the brake rotor off and hammering the old ones out then dropping the new ones in? I can't find a definitive answer in the forums, so I figured I'd ask since I want to do the same thing.
Thanks!

Bringing this one back from the dead:
