DIY coilover install help

I'm installing some megan street series and I hit a wall with the installation. I'm from jersey so all the bolts are rusted on my 09. The bolt I can't get out on the front is the 14mm that holds the bottom of the coilover. I've soaked it in WD-40 but that didn't help. It's also hard to get leverage on that bolt too. Any tips and tricks? Any help is appreciated. Would also be interested in paying someone. Anyone is jersey? Thanks.

PB Blaster .....wd-40 wont loosen it.

then you could maybe try a pipe on your wrench ratchet; add length for some more leverage.

Impact wrench, air ratchet, breaker bar etc. Agree with Rob that WD40 doesn't work as well as PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench.

I have used PB Blaster in the past with great results. Impact would also help. Good Luck!

If your jack has a hollow handle, slide it over the wrench and turn it that way. I used that method in limited space when I didn't have an impact and it worked well.

Yeah I've done this a few times and it's good if you have enough space, and make sure to use a socket or box end wrench for maximum "grip".
