I think it looks ridiculous. In a bad way...

But I also have a fairly conservative view on how cars should look.

thanks, at the height last posted it rubbed something terrible so time was spent making adjustments to have it as low as possible while being able to drive the car.

sorry I raised her and couldn't really get any good shots from where it was parked.

that is understandable, our views on this particular style differ.

no more views at current height but it is still very low. Acura measures ground clearance from the jack point (if im not mistaken) which is measured at 5.9 inches stock height. front dropped 3.15 inches and rear 3.0 inches. I would have to pull the rear fenders a bit to clear the height of my last pictures but it is not feasible with the hills, inclines and declines found throughout Socal.

I'd rather him raise the rear and be even with the front so he can drive rather than lowering the front some more and not being able to drive at all

Looks so awesome at that height though. Lol

Now all you need is a lip/sideskirts/sport bumper. And to tint those front windows.

When someone approaches me and tells me it looks terribad I will promptly let you know. But in the meantime I will answer your question. It handles rather well. The car doesn't dart across the road, the suspension is responsive. You won't catch me banging paddles shifters getting on the freeway and driving excessively fast. I four cylinder cruise and this is not a daily driver, never was intended for that purpose.

Has crossed my mind, but I react to my instincts and I don't really want to change the height now. But I'm sure from experience you are kicking some good knowledge.

Thanks. All those are coming in due time as I am trying to source those parts at fairly reasonable prices; well except the tint.

Thanks. I had serious issues with incline, and declines so i took tOny3 advice and raised the rears 1/2 an inch which also stopped the damage to my very outter lip from rubbing the inside fender. Still have issues as expected, but not nearly as bad.

drop rate i think 4" is max. stock ride height (measured from the jack points = 5.9 inches so ex streets will put you roughly 2 inches off the ground. I am currently at 3.4 inches in the front and 3.5 inches in the rear.

Nobody is going to approach you and say that, even if they are thinking it. Everytime I go out to a meet or show and there is a car like this, we're all laughing behind the owners back - It's just ridiculous looking.

that's not true, people actually do make those comments. You are just letting everyone know you and your friends/associates are .....'. well you get my point. Not only on the net but in real life. When I decide to paint my wheels or install a sway bar on a four cylinder that lives on the streets I look forward to your kind words. Until then seek guidance to resolve your lack of understanding.

@ acurarolling, If your happy with I'm happy with it! On a serious note as I'm new to this lowering business, how long will a set of tires really last with that much negative camber? I was worried to death about my piddly neg 3 degrees when I dropped my car lol

A sway bar is actual functional and adds to the car, rather than ruining your car so you can't even get up your fucking driveway and wear through tires every 10 minutes.

I have driven more than 10 minutes and tires loom perfect, and what does it add? better response merging on the freeway? or do you take it to willow springs on track day? My car is parked in my driveway chump.

Yep I'm actually a black guy, and would prefer you keep your to yourself with your fucking vinyl wrapped track ready k24z3, and your flash pro superstar.

I have Mexican friends and im sure they wont mind getting you a helmet when you attempt a 1/8 mile pass at your local track event.

that i couldn't tell you, I have never had a car with this much negative camber. I don't see me changing my tires within a year as i barely do 40 miles a week if at all.

To each his own.......

Q: why not get airbags or struts then you can go up and down at will.

You have all your work done by someone else so all this adjusting muzt be 'spensive/

To each his own, stop fighting lol. Everyone has their opinions and thats that, some people go for looks and some go for performance.

I stanced my tsx and loved it, wanted more power so i moved on to a s2k, going full functional setup so theres no saying one person is right.

AcuraRolling, i think the car looks great, as a weekend car its a perfect head turner, even if some people dont like it. Theyre still paying attention to your car at the end of the day

ICrap, when i stanced my tsx i had no problem getting around other than avoiding dips and steep inclines , i could go fast or slow it didnt matter.

Just had the parts installed by someone, all the tweaking i do myself. It wasnt to expensive but at the end of the day I would rather someone with experience handle certain things on this particular car.
