Very nice
Would also like to know the width and offset for both front and rear rims also.
The front camber does look a bit off, may be he has just jacked the car up and lowered it back.

Silver CU3-yups the tires are stretched alot. I beleive there 245/45/19 in the back and 245/35/19 in the front . But the handling is SMOOTH dont feel a lot of difference compared to my stock tires. My tires stick so much that my handling is way better on turns.

^Thanks for the info.
Using the trusty wheel offset calculator, your front wheels will be 23mm more tucked out as compared to stock; and your rear wheels will be 35mm more tucked out as compared to stock.
One quick question, the wheel offset calculator shows that your rear wheel will have 15mm less inner clearance. Do you have any rubbing issue with it against the rear suspension and/or brake parts.
Again, they do look very nice.

09TSXTECH-Not that i know of. My car ride feels the same. The guys who put my wheels on took on a road test. He went up to 80 mph on a straight away and there was no wobbling, rubbing,or breaking issues when he did it.

Good to hear.
Please be aware that if you are going to lower your car in the future (1" or more), there will be a real possibility of rubbing on your rear wheels. You may want to drive your car over some speed bumps in shopping malls to test it out.

TSXY77, your car looks nice but I am confused about your wheel parameters. It looks like you have varied widths as well as varied diameters. Varied widths I understand is what "staggered" means but is the varied diameter correct? You have 245/35 on the front but 245/45 in the back, so about 24.5 mm more diameter in the back. Was this intended, to give the rear wheel look bigger?

^MrOto, by putting 245/35/19 in the front, the overall diameter difference compare to stock 225/50/17 is only 0.39%, virtually no speedometer error.
For the rear, like you mentioned, 245/45/19 will give an increase to the sidewall height of almost an inch while not worrying about speedometer error and give the car a lowered look as the gap on the wheelwell is decreased.

There's always something new to learn... thanks Tech.

Tech you are like the MVP of this section man. You always have great information and always seem to be helping out others. Awesome job haha

I am surprised the tires don't cover the rear rims better, since the rim width is 241mm and the tire width is 245mm. The rears almost look like 10"ers.
Either way, looks great and welcome to the 'Zine.

Tech, there's a huge amount of clearance between the rear tyre and the strut. I reckon you could easily add 50mm to the inside of the rear tyre wihtout fouling any suspension components. With careful offset selection, 275s on 10.5s would appear to be an easy fitment.

I had a lot of weight in the back of my car today and, as I walked towards it, the front wheels looked just like TSXY77's. As the back settles and the front end lifts, the front camber seems to change quite dramatically.

Thanks Silver, you are the authority on this subject.
Good to know you can add 50mm to the inside of the rear tyre wihtout fouling any suspension components. Mind you, having a wide rear wheel on a FWD vehicle may have some odd effect on handling.

man, you guys are way too technical for me. I didn't understand a thing silver and 09tech are saying lol.
all I know is, get rims/slam the car, and if rubbing occurs, shave/roll the damn fenders + camber it lol.
To the OP: Car looks good, just drop it an inch or inch and half and you'll be set.

^ Mike, your solutions can work too. However, if possible, one should avoid shave/roll fenders or adjust camber by simply calculating the correct wheel fitment in relation to the car suspension beforehand.

I understand what you are saying, and i don't mean to offend when i say that's the way i tend to do it.
I do have very conservative wheel size and offset (19x8 +48 all around with 235/35/19), it's just that now I'm so low, I need the camber so I don't rub. Plus I'm getting 15mm spacers in the front and 20mm spacers in the back.
p.s. Another thing is, I actually prefer not have to worry about calculating wheel size and offset before hand because it may limit the choices i have in rims. You know what I'm getting at?
