wtf noise?!
Recently i've been hearing the most annoying noise coming out of where the garagelink buttons are in my TSX.
when the road gets a little rough it sounds like theres a fly buzzing around where the garagelink buttons are.
im guessing somethings come loose. and its really getting annoying.
i had the same problem with my 3rd gen TL.

nope took em out. still sounds like theres a damn fly in my car! haha.
well i dont hear it anymore. but i do know i took the sunglasses out and still heard it. it magically fixed itself i think haha.

Fixing the buzz you are hearing
There is a thread on how to fix this buzzing sound near the Homelink buttons. In a nutshell: Take a stiff piece of plastic like a credit card or a trim removal tool and push in the hidden tabs on each end (the small side on the left and right) of the Homelink trim piece. Once you have removed it from the headliner, cut two small pieces of Velcro (the fuzzy side) and attach them to each end of the Homelink trim piece. Pop back into place and your noise shoud be gone!

WAIT FOR THE 2010.
The 09 is very, very close to being considered a lemon in my eyes.
the list of problems it has after only being out for a few months is staggering.
I know it's an Acura, but the Honda corp. really dropped the ball on this one.
It's actually kind of frightening seeing all these problems popping up one after the other.
Here's a summerized list of some of the problems with the 09:
not every car has every problem, but most every single one has at least 2 of them.
cup holder lid sticks
gas cap lid sticks
leather on driver's seat becomes detached
valet key cut wrong (opens every lock in the car)
outer molding around windshield just falls off
moderate to severe "enging pinging" in AT models
poor quality/blown speakers in the Tech models
rattling/scraping of metal in the rear due to poor design
faulty TPMS sensors
burning electrical smells
and others.
...
below are some links for you to check out:

when the TSX first came out in 2004, it was kind of similar.
but not like this. most of the problems were seen in the long term of
that first model year. like having the interor LED lights all go out on the dash.
or worse yet, having the whole A/C system fail just as you went out of warranty.
buying the first model year of ANY car is a very bad idea, even an Acura.
especially now as Acura is getting cheaper in their produciton standards.
so no matter what, wait till the 2010's come out.

this noise doesnt sound like tis coming from the homelink buttons either. it seems to come from the rear of the car...and today i noticed a weird scratching buzzing noise coming from outside....only thing i might blame it on was 4th of july weekend the car stayed at home and wasnt driven in 3.5 days..maybe brakes locked a bit...but i though that wa an issue lost in yeteryear...oh well...still ove the car..just sucks taht this stuff has to happen
