VSA code Steering angle malfunction
Ok, so I have a 2010 Acura TSX 2.4 with the VSA light on and the code of steering angle sensor malfunction (permanent)
The car was in an accident but it was repaired to factory specs in regards to the VSA system. The car drives straight, it has a new steering angle sensor, the VSA modulator was updated and no other issues were found.
When I use a scanner and run the live data, the sensor status always reflects "operational" and the steering wheel is at the proper degrees. The alignment of the steering wheel at the true center is at 0 degrees while slightly left and slightly right displays -5/5 degrees respectively. The only thing that I am concerned about is the value labeled "steering wheel angle CAN" of which it displays 1170 degrees regardless of the steering wheel position.
Honestly, I'm not sure what the difference is between the CAN system values and the live data values. I also try to do the angle reset but the scanner I have is an amazon Chinese special so I'm not sure it's fully capable of doing such a task.
Has anyone experienced this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check wiring!
Well, since nobody knows anything about anything let me shed some light into what I needed to do to fix the issue. It was simple, actually, all it was was a broken wire.
Since it was in a car accident the crumpling pinched the VSA harness slicing the blue wire (pin 30). I just soldered it and instantly the light went away.
