Snow here, and i find that if my wheels start to spin i turn off the vsa and i am able to get my car unstuck. So the other day my tire pressure monitor told me the tires were low and and that same day i tried to turn off the VSA but the button no longer turns it off. Is this related to the low pressure or is the vsa messed up??

 

did you try pressing and holding the button? or just pressing the button?
The manual states press and hold the button for 3 seconds to disable VSA

 

i believe it is due to low tire pressure. when my light for low pressure blinked on, my vsa button was basically disabled. once the dealer put more pressure into my tires for me, i was able to turn vsa on or off.

 

The VSA will not disable when a low tire is detected or there is a fault with a sensor.

 

You had to have the dealer put air in your tires.

 

yep you guys are right.. Once the tire pressure warning went off the vsa worked agian. Thanks for the input.
