Vibration @ highway speed
I have an '09 with 43k miles & just replaced the tires with another set of Michelins. Since having them installed my wife & I haved notice vibration in the steering wheel & throttle above 60 mph. The new tires have been rebalanced already. Would the tires be bad, out of round? Should we have them rebalanced again? Is it a bearing issue? Any ideas? The nearest Acura dealership is a good 3 hours away & we're not able to visit them until mid-Feb. Would like to narrow it down before we take it to the dealership.
I would take this up with the tire shop, as it's pretty obvious that the new tires are causing the vibration somehow.
Are the tires the same size? Same model? Were the wheels re-installed properly?
Or maybe try rebalancing at a different shop?
Another possibility is your alignment's off. I recently dramatically changed my alignment while installing springs, and the rear end felt like it was bouncing all over the place. It's possible that the new tires amplify an existing alignment issue that you never noticed on the old tires.

If the car was ok before the tires were swapped, it is most likely a tire balancing issue. you would amazed at the number of "professional" tire shops that never calibrate their balancer or input incorrect numbers when balancing the wheels.
I would take it to the tire shop again and see of this will fix the problem. Otherwise, I recommend using a shop that has the "roadforce" system that also addresses the elasticity variations within the tire when balancing. Shops using this type of machine tend to calibrate their machine more often!

I took it back to the tire shop (Costco). They rebalanced all 4 tires again but noticed that one of the rear wheels was slightly bent on the inside. Although the wheel is in the rear would it be possible to feel it in the steering & throttle?
