USB folder DIS-organization

So I meticulously organized my folders and files on my flash drive to be easily findable. Plugged her in, and all that went out the window. The nav systems seems to list them in random order and outside of their parent folders Is there by chance a solution to this, so the nav lists the parent folder (artist) then i can select that which lists the next folders?(albums) Please please let there be a way.

Same thing happened to me. You are just going to have to buy an ipod which is much, much better integrated with the system. It's worth it.

Only ipod works. I too hate apple but the ipod works so well with the TSX you won't even think twice about it, and I have everything ripped via Apple Lossless and it sounds 100% CD quality.

I went in and renamed every folder with the artist name first. The system will then at least list if alphabeticly. One word to note though, when you add a file, it will put in in the end as it seems to really organize by the date the file was added.

What is more odd, is that when playing random, it appears to not hit all of your playlist. I was begining to think my car did not like John Mellencamp (it would play if I selected that file, just would not go to it in random mode). I deleted the file and re-loaded it on the flash and it then started playing the file.
