TSX GPS screen doesn't turn on

TSX GPS screen doesn't turn on

When starting my 2010 TSX I need to stop at 'on' for at least 3 seconds before turning to 'start' or the GPS display will not turn on. Anyone have this issue and is there solution?

have the firmware updated at the dealer.
