TPMS bad?

So.. I uncover my car today first time in a week, and turn it on and start to drive and sure enough I pull out the driveway and my Low tire pressure in my rear left tire light comes on.. But wtfgd? it says I have 13 psi i get out and check the tire and its 36.. Did my shit just break? the second I drove out the drive way?

If so.. How?

Yea but if he's got rims you think they'll be like " sorry man your rims and low profile tires caused the TPMS to break.." that would suck but let us know what the dealer says
