A 'thonk' from the right front.

Kind of like a light tap on a hollow pipe when the front suspension is activated. I first thought it was a tree branch caught underneath, but nothing seen on hand-n-knees in the wheel well or underneath. 2012 .. 30k ... is it time for struts? Jim

Check the lower control arm bushings. My TL had the issue when the front suspension hits something like getting out of driveway etc there was the noise. I checked my TSX and I can see some hairline cracks which means soon it could fall apart.

The area in circle goes bad often.
