Still can't figure out the problem!

I went to the stealership where they did a diagnostic which said my axles were bad where it would cost 2 grand to fix!!! in my mind, those prices are just crazy but did some research and the 6-speed axles really are about 600 a pop! i then got a second opinion at greg's auto, and they said it was my fricken transmission that was missing a tooth.. that sounds so fish.

Long story short. I feel some pulsating when i'm going about 5 miles to about 30 miles per hour then it goes away past 30. The dealership said passenger side axle, i got that changed and it still has the pulsing feeling. I even changed my tires and got an alignment and it's still there!!! when cruising, there is no problem or even when i apply light acceleration. Again, this only happens when i accelerate up to 30...

I'm stumped on this.. the dealership tells me one thing, after 2 diagnostic and a lot of headaches, the issue is still there..

any help will be appreciated... i had a 2000 TL for over 12 years and never gave me issues besides the tranny , but this car , bought for 5 months and i put in a lot of money already... thank you for listening to me vent. btw, the car is the comptech supercharged TSX originally from Rob.

The inner axle joints are known for prematurely going bad. U can just get the inner joint replaced or replace the whole axle. In the link below u can get a pretty decent price on the whole axle.

Yeah what Utah said lol. If you have already changed the passenger side axle just try replacing the drivers side axle

Is this because you have the supercharger? I don't really hear of axles going bad in Hondas or Acuras much.

Oh snap! Rear differential on a TSX! CT-E must've hooked that car up good if it has a rear differential...
