roofliner rattle

I have the most annoying clicking sound when i go over anything that isnt a perfect road if i put my hand up to the roof liner and apply pressure it goes away I just picked up my car from the dealer after a week they have had it and as I was driving off there it was again It seems to be coming the rear passenger side. They put foam around the moon roof among other attempts to try and fix it. My service department is incredibly rude they told me not to take my car too seriously because "all cars make noise" my car only has 6k miles -_-

I just found the source of my rattle - it was the handle on the driver's door. (the handle that flaps down near the top of the door)

I have the same problem here, but its not consistanly. it comes and goes. I have realized as the weather gets colder there are more and more rattles and squeaks in the car.

i think the handle was a confirmed rattle source for the wagon, you can do a search for that as well =P i believe the diagnosis was if you pull the handle down and hold it, the sound ceases

Headliner Rattle

I had the same probblem since day one.
The TSX was in a few times. They said the roof rattle must be my sunglasses rattling in the holder. I could not have been more insulted. It was never fixed, nor was the rough glide in my power seats, or the chatter in my engine valves. I got rid of the car last spring. A very disappointig car. Never thought I'd be driving a Ford, but my 2011 Mustang is quieter, and more solid than the TSX. I love it! After 25 years, I am done with Acura/Honda.

Could be the rubber around the windshield needs replacement, which probably means a new windshield as well.
