Replace the CRAP Auto Dimming Mirror With a Regular Flip One

I have a 2012 TSX Wagon. It has the Auto dimming POS mirror. It "dims" well sort of. It is extremely annoying and bright when a vehicle comes up behind. Especially a big SUV or P'up Truck. Has anyone replaced the auto dimming mirror with on of those old school, worked just fine normal mirrors, with the flip switch... If so where did you get it and a P#...

I would like to get one that mounts on the Acura factory mount.

THANK YOU in advance.

Junkyard of an older model Acura?

Do you have tint on your rear windshield? That may be affecting the dimming capabilities of the mirror

Yeah my auto-dimming mirror works GREAT! Wish it did the same on the side views... no tint though, just the garage.

mine works great. I have 3% rear window tint too.

yeah side dimming mirrors would've been great too. Love that feature on my Forester.

Maybe I will try a different mirror... The one I have now dims but hardly at all..I find myself twisting the mirror away sometimes when someone is close behind me.

Test it by shining a flashlight at the diodes just to the bottom of the mirror at night. does it dim
