Problem with front driver's side door on TSX

Not sure if anyone has every heard of a problem like this but I am having an issue with my drivers side front door on my 09 TSX. Every since I purchased the car back in October I noticed that my drivers side front door seem require more force to open. The door does seem to close and haven't had any water/rain issue getting in my car. I got the door handler mechanism replaced but did not seem to help. I have noticed excessive wind noise coming from the door. Got a new rubber seal replaced and it did not help. After examining the door a bit further over the last week I noticed that door does not seem to be aligned properly. Furthermore I measured the gap with a digital caliper at the same location of each front doors and the passenger side was 0.18 gap where the drivers side is 0.23 gap. Clearly it does appear that the door is 'out of spec' which could be explain the excessive wind noise I have been hearing about 40MPH+ and why the I need to pull the door much harder to open it compared to any other door on the car. I also went to a dealer recently and did not notice this gap difference on any other TSX's that I looked at on the lot.

Does anyone know if Acura has the capability to adjusting and realigning the door? Or is the door fixed to that position.

I know it might be hard to see from these pictures but I want to try and show the gap difference.

You are under warranty, so take it to the dealer and have them look at it.
