Please help! lifeless steering in TSX!!!!
Is there a way to fix the lifeless steering that feels so numb in 2010 TX 4cyl. I did a lot of research and was not able to find anything that could fix it. My car feels so lifeless and when driving over 75mph it is dangerous. I have to constantly correct the steering in order to keep the car in the lane. I think it is due to the electronic assisted power steering (EAS). I checked my tire pressure and seams to be OK (33psi when cold). I am already considering selling this car if there is no way to fix this problem.

But the steering is what it is. You did test drive it before you bought it. Right? Personally, I like the steering. Its because its so effortless that I can detatch myself from the car a little more and push it a little harder through the turns. I swear half the time I can feel my rear tires tracking laterally. Ahhh, so fun. But I guess I really should replace these stock tires. Lol!

Thank you for all the replies!
Yes, I do have the 2010 TSX.
I just finished a 300 mile road trip and I am actually getting used to it. First I lowered the tire pressure from 35psi to the spec(33) and it looks like that the steering is little better. However, I would like it to feel more like a VW GTI on-center. (Did not by the GTI due to the poor reliability). What kind of all season high performance tires do you recommend to replace the bad stock TSX tires? I am hoping that maybe a new set of a good performance tires will improve the steering feel and give more on-center feel that does not need much corrections when cruising on highway (65-70mph). How about some Continental ExtremeContact DWSor Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus or P Zero Nero All Seasonor BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S. Have anybody tried any of them yet? Is this worth the investment? Will the steering and on-center feel improve significantly?
