Perm fix for windshield molding?

Have a '12 TSX w/ 47k. Is there a general consensus, end all, be all, permanent fix for the windshield molding coming loose? I see everyone using 3M adhesive, but then a week later it flies off at highway speeds. What have you done/used for a fix and how long has it lasted so far? Thanks everyone. 25yrs of honda/acura ownership and never had to deal with such a poor oversight from this usually reputable auto manufacturer. smh

I used epoxy. If it ever breaks off again I'll have to scrape the epoxy off from underneath. Future problems, right?

Is your car still under warranty, or did you somehow convince the dealership to do it for free? My local dealership quoted me ~$500 to replace the ones on my 2009 Tech. Unfortunately, this molding has been a problem ever since I had to replace the windshield - they stay down for a while then come back up. Maybe it has something to do with the aftermarket windshield not being EXACTLY consistent in size with the OEM?

I used the silicone adhesive that comes in the tube for the caulking guns. No issues with it being loose since I applied it. If/when I need to replace the windshield I'll just re glue them back down again.

8$ or so for the silicone from home depot

Safelight repairs, safelight replace.... but their glass and service is shit, my front driver window is from safelight from a previous break in and it's wavy af compared to factory Honda glass and it drives me nuts, wish I would have went insurance claim and stealership, that all being said, the silicone should work well for you, same shit safelight uses lol
