Wifes 2g tsx displayed the Code saying the transmission might not be working properly.2 weeks before the maintenance minder came on saying transmission oil should be changed.I did some research and found it could be 2nd or 3rd gear pressure switch,anyone have any idea how accessible these switches are on the transmission? Thanks

 

Easy to change it is a sending unit, 843 is for 2nd pressure switch just replace it (of it is unplugged it will throw this code also)

 

Just called the parts dept they told me they have two parts(switches?) one that goes on the top of the transmission and one that goes in the front, she wasnt able to tell me which one was the one i needed. Thanks for the reply btw

I think it is the one on top the front one is usually the 3rd gear switch

That was the switch that had to be replaced.Bought the part and swapped it out no more blinking d no more rough shifts.I also swapped out the front pressure switch while I was at it all I need to do now is a drain and fill. Thanks Utah tsx for pointing me in the right direction.
