How to replace Tensioner pulley

Hey, I have searched, and cannot find the steps describing the sequence of disassembly to replace the tensioner pulley, which is starting to whine on my 2010. Specifically, how to release tension on the belt, and if it's possible to remove the pully without removing the whole assembly. Could someone help me out? TIA!

Thanks for the video. I will save it for future reference. It turns out that it was the water pump going south.
