I did a search on this, but most issues seemed to be related to 1st gen TSX's, mine is a 2011. About a month ago my "tighten fuel cap" light came on the dash about a week after filling up. Yes, I tightened it repeatedly. So I did some research and took it into the dealer, not telling them anything I had found on the forums.

They gave me a loaner for two days and replaced the PCV(?) valve even though all tests came back fine. Got the car back and it's been gone for a month. Today it came on again. Anyone else have this issue? I'm slightly OCD and the light bugs me even though I know the cap is tight.

My 2012 tsx tech came on last week too. Fuel cap was tight. I cleared message on Navagation screen not come on since.

 

I had this issue when I first got my car to. Although its a 09, I had the same type of issue. Just tightened the cap and never had the issue again...
